This is a window display for a store called Anthropologie. I think the merchandiser executed this window display very well. It is such a simple window but yet it is still so interesting to look at. This window definitely is something that will catch someone's attention when they are walking by. I think that this window can be considered unified when looking at the principals of design. The balance of this window may seem a little of to some outsiders but in my opinion the level of proportion of craziness and simplicity of the outfits actually makes this window a very balanced window. Also in my opinion when looking at all the different aspect of the contrast principal the window meets all of the need for the most part the spacing and positioning of things are very well done and the colors and textures the merchandiser has chosen to use really work together well. The window overall is very inviting it has a nice rhythm to it. The window is just enough out of the box for it to catch peoples eyes but not to much that it is easy for someone to lose interest.
